Our latest Verktøykassen (the Toolbox) offering is an introductory workshop in the development tool Max: a flexible, powerful visual programming software that uses on-screen boxes and ‘wires’. In addition to making complex sounds and music, you will have the opportunity to manipulate videos and create animations. At BEK we take the situation in connection with the coronavirus very seriously, and follow the authorities’ measures to prevent further infection spreading. We take precautions with more frequent cleaning and disinfection of our premises, and we urge everyone visiting us to frequent hand washing and to keep distance to other people working here.

In February, BEK presented Warning – the trail – turn left – turn right, a one-night exhibition of works produced during the workshop Returning to Actuality. In conjunction with Så jævla sanntid (So damn real-time), we present an online version of the exhibition in the period of 27th May to 7th June.
